Buddies
I don’t know what to say about the last episode of Grey’s Anatomy, it’s just… just amazing, you know, all the scenes, the Meredith’s narrations, the whole episode was so emotional, so dramatic. Guys, you have no idea. I never thought that the episode was end up like it did. Shonda definitely knows how to involve her audience, I mean drive us nuts and after that she gave us a bit of hope.

I have to say that I’m so anxious that I don’t really know if I can wait until September, when the season premiere will be presented. Although I read that she promises a lot of drama to next season, everybody wants to know what will happen with Izzie and John Doe (George).
Moreover, what I really know is that we will have to wait September comes to find out what she prepared for us.
Be ready because Grey’s Anatomy next season is coming up!!!!! Pretty soon

Hi everybody!
I’m here today to write about a very famous holiday in the northeast of Brazil. The Saint John’s holiday. This party bring so much people like a crowd on the streets in the countryside cities to celebrate. During the party everybody go there to dance forró (kind of music played in this period).

Saint John’s holiday has a special feature that makes this holiday so special: the typical foods like corn, peanut, mandioca, orange, liquor, cakes of different types and tastes . Although I don’t like this party, most of Brazilian people love it and they say that is the best celebration that exists.
There is one thing that I’m definitely sure, this holiday has the best kind of food.
Let’s go celebrate Saint John!

Hi everyone! Hooray!!!! Today I’m so glad that I decided to write on my blog again after one year. This month I’ve started my English private classes and this experience will fill my needs about business English, written and spoken discourse.
When I finally decided to study English two years ago I was thinking that I’d speak fluently in 18 months. Now two years later I can say that.

Although some people believe that is impossible to learn a language like English without studying abroad. I completely disagree because you can definitely do.
My teacher, Andre, told me once "you’re fluent” and the first time when I heard that I couldn’t believe. Moreover I can say for all of you guys that IS POSSIBLE to learn a language without a leave our country and you can improve it every day as you want to. That is what I’m doing… because you have no idea how amazing is when you go to US and speak and listen people talking without a shadow of doubt that you’re a fluent.
Keep practicing the language! Because I’m gonna keep my private classes!!
See ya!

Quote
“When we heard posters were being defaced to promote political or social ideas, we just got such a hoot out of that.”
- Actor Robert Downy Jr. on the widespread success of his new movie, Iron Man. (Entertainment Weekly)
Meaning
fun, a good time, amusement; to care
Use
If you were having a really good time, you might make a noise out of excitement. That noise might sound like hoot! Or, if you’re having a good time, you might stay out late, late enough for owls to come out. In English, owls make the noise hoot.
So if something was a lot of fun, you could say it was a hoot. A person can be a hoot too: “Oh my brother? He’s a hoot! He’s always up to something funny.”
Robert Downy Jr. found out that posters for his new movie, Iron Man, were being vandalized for different causes. Since a movie has to be pretty famous for people to do that sort of thing, Downy was amused. He got a hoot out of the damaged posters.
Hoot has been a slang word for a long time, so long that it’s often used sarcastically. If someone says something was a hoot, but he doesn’t sound like he means it, it’s safe to assume to that he actually means the exact opposite. Whatever he’s talking about wasn’t fun at all.
A hoot also means, “to care,” and it’s usually used in the negative and when you’re trying to be mean. If you’re tired and trying to leave work, your boss might say, “I don’t give a hoot how long you’ve been here! You’re not leaving till your work is done!”
Examples
“Look, I don’t give a hoot about your problems. Stop complaining! “
“The party was a hoot! Everyone was there. “
Grammar Point
Hoot is a great slang term to know because you can use it in place of lots of other words you’re better off not knowing. There are lots of ways to end the phrase, “I don’t give a __,” but hoot is the recommended choice.

Hey guys!!
I wanna share with you a good movie that I saw last Wednesday. The story is about a couple, who had their daughter kidnapped, and they had to endure 24 hours under the gun. It’s starring Piece Brosnan, Gerard Butler, and Maria Bello. You probably will get excited because there is a lot of suspense with action scenes with the main characters involved.
Although some scenes are totally foreseeable, the confusion brought about in this couple’s life is just amazing because it makes you feel anxious and worried about the dreadful and psychopathic villain. Moreover, the movie changes completely in the end… Pay attention to all the details.. they are important to understand this movie… because it’s a kind of movie that you love or hate!!!!!
Take a look at the preview below!!!!
I hope your comments here after you see this movie!!!
See ya guys!!!!

In the post before I was talking about my wish to move to Canada and how different my life will be there. Moreover, my mobile phone was stolen on May 10th at Iguatemi pedway in Salvador. Although I was robbed I only know noticed when I was in the bus station. I’ve always been unbelieving in my country because every day we’re seeing situations like that. This fact that it happened was the last straw.
I have to confess I was damn upset and I would have killed someone… But now I’m under control. Thank God for that!!!! After all I’ll receive a new phone from Claro and this phone has 3G technology. Hooray!!!!!!

Hi buddies!!! What’s up???
I’m gonna write about Canada today!!
As you know I’m preparing myself to face Canada. I’ve done many researches about my future land!!! I’ve discovered many importants things like cheap places for living and local habits.
I hope that when I’ll go to Canada, I may do everything that I’ve been dreaming during all these years. Since I decide to move to Canada I’ve been doing many friends from there like Rob, Dimitry, Joan. All these friends of mine are good people and we’re use to talk every day. When I’ll stay there I’ll visit all of them.
Although my family think that is not a good idea I believe that I will be happy living in Canada. I like of cold weather and I guess because of that I have a lot of chances to like there. Moreover I really like challenges. Guys Can you imagine the idea of surfing in the snow and to see the Niagara Falls… It’ll be amazing… I can’t wait for that!!! Take a look the picture below.. It’s a Canada’s symbol. I would say I’m ready for this adventure.
I’ve got to go my friends… I have english class right now!!!
See ya

Hey guys!!!
I’ll repeat the same sentece from the post before. I haven’t written for 2 weeks. Actually I’ve been in lacking of free time. Anyway now I’ll do it!
Today I’ll talk about the CLT – Christian Leadership Training in portuguese (TLC Treinamento de Liderança Cristã). CLT is a movement of the Catholic Church which is carried out all over Brazil and is joined by thousands of young people.
Last weekend I participated in a retreat in Jequie – Bahia (picture below). There were many young people that stayed there praising God! Actually in this retreat we could see the demonstration of God’s power on the young peoples lives.
I’ve been participating in CLT for 10 years and I really believe this movement has changed my life forever because Jesus’s love for me is forever. Sometimes I can’t understand how the heck young people leave their lives in the hands of evil if Jesus can take care of us.
Guys!!! The next two weekends I’ll participate again in retreats in Salvador and Feira de Santana and if you wanna know even more about CLT let me know!!!
See ya
